Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for Deckly, operated by BENORMAL LLC (doing business as “OnePic.AI” and “Deckly”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

How credits work

Deckly runs on credits. Your first deck generation is free. After that, each generation consumes one credit at the time you start it. Credits are the unit you pay for, either individually or in a credit pack.

Failed generations are auto-refunded

If a paid generation fails on our side and does not produce a deck, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — you do not need to contact us. If you believe a credit was consumed by a failed generation that was not returned, email support@onepic.ai and we will make it right.

Unused credit packs

Because credits are consumed the moment a generation runs, credits you have already used are non-refundable. However, if you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, you may request a full refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@onepic.ai. Partially used packs are not eligible for a refund of the remaining credits, but unused credits remain available in your account for you to use.

Subscriptions

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Consistent with standard SaaS practice, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

How to request a refund

Email support@onepic.ai from the address associated with your account and include the approximate date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than a bank dispute.
