Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deckly, an AI slide-deck generator available at onepic.ai (the “Service”). The Service is operated by BENORMAL LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA, doing business as “OnePic.AI” and “Deckly” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Deckly lets you sign in, enter a text prompt, and receive an AI-generated slide deck that you can preview per-slide, download as a PowerPoint (.pptx) file, and have emailed to you. Decks are generated by third-party AI systems and are provided on an “as is” basis; output quality, accuracy, and layout will vary between generations.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to generate decks. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Notify us at support@onepic.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits and payment

The Service runs on a credit model. Your first deck generation is free. Each subsequent generation consumes one credit, charged at the time of generation. Credits may be purchased in packs through our payment processor. If a paid generation fails on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Pricing and credit costs may change; changes apply to future purchases and generations, not to credits you have already used. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
  • create material that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent rate limits or access controls of the Service;
  • resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, as between you and us, of the decks generated for you, subject to the rights and limitations of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any material you include in a prompt and for reviewing generated decks before relying on or distributing them. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts and store your decks solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers for authentication, AI generation, rendering, payments, email, and hosting. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Our Privacy Policy lists the subprocessors we use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all generated content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENORMAL LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
